Launched in 2024, Genesis is an independent, invite-only community for next-gen leaders of family enterprises and family offices across Asia. Alongside your true peers, you meet frontier-tech founders whose work will reshape how legacy capital is built and protected.

The inaugural Genesis Festival at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club in March 2026 brought together over 300 next-gen leaders, family offices and the founders building AI, robotics and frontier tech, for a day of closed-door roundtables, 1:1 meetings and open-stage conversations on wealth, technology and succession.

Samantha, our pioneering AI, acts as your personal networking agent. It learns what each member is working on and who they want to meet, then arranges the right conversations. At the inaugural Genesis Festival, Samantha curated 234 one-on-one introductions in a single day.
From the founders
We started Genesis because next-gen leaders across Asia rarely get to meet each other properly.
Over the past 10 years we built Hong Kong FinTech Week x StartmeupHK, Asia’s leading fintech event, as its appointed organiser for the Hong Kong government. We kept meeting the same request: the next generation wanted a private space of their own. Genesis is our answer.

How membership works
What does membership cost?
Membership is complimentary for approved next-gen principals and family offices. Genesis is funded by a limited group of institutional partners, so you cannot buy your way in. Every member is there because they were vetted in.
How does the application work?
Submit a short application. Our team reviews every application personally, across two rounds, and we'll be in touch.
What is expected of members?
Come when it is relevant. We host eight to ten private sessions a year across Hong Kong and soon in other locations across Asia, plus the annual Festival. There is no minimum attendance, though the value compounds for those who show up.
What are the rules?
Non-solicitation and Chatham House.
Apply to join
Membership is capped. It is governed by Chatham House rules. We enforce non-solicitation. Our team reviews every application personally. We'll be in touch.
